How consent works.
Consent isn't a checkbox at signup — it's enforced on every single generation. Here's the model.
Banned for everyone, always
Some things sit ABOVE every consent setting — no creator can opt into them and no brand can buy them. If you're asking "is the usage PG, or will this backfire rated-R?" — this is the answer.
The floor
The Never List is platform-wide and permanent — banned for every creator and every brand, never opt-in-able.
Your controls
On top of that floor, nothing runs without your opt-in: allowed uses, explicit exclusions, co-appearance — all adjustable and revocable anytime.
Enforcement
Every render is license-checked against your live settings, licensing a real person requires a verified payment identity, every use lands on an audit trail you can see, and there's a takedown path aligned with the Take It Down Act.
Opt-in categories
Creators explicitly allow specific use categories (UGC, e-comm, photo…). Anything not opted into is blocked by default.
Per-use enforcement
Every recorded use is checked against the creator's live permissions — status, categories, and exclusions — before it can be logged or earn.
Revoke anytime
Creators can change categories or fully opt out whenever they want. Revocation takes effect going forward immediately.
Behind every likeness is a verified human
Every real-person likeness here belongs to an identified human, reviewed by a person before going live. The AI cast is original and platform-owned — never a disguised real face. No scraped photos, no anonymous use of real people.

Regardless of opt-ins, cloneaible blocks categories like political content, alcohol, film & TV, and music videos unless explicitly and separately licensed. Sensitive and prohibited uses are never available by default.
Your data & likeness
- Source media is used only to build and operate your licensed likeness.
- Generations are tied to a consenting, identified creator — no anonymous faces.
- You can request export or deletion in line with our Privacy Policy.
