How consent works.
Consent isn't a checkbox at signup — it's enforced on every single generation. Here's the model.
Opt-in categories
Creators explicitly allow specific use categories (UGC, e-comm, photo…). Anything not opted into is blocked by default.
Per-use enforcement
Every recorded use is checked against the creator's live permissions — status, categories, and exclusions — before it can be logged or earn.
Revoke anytime
Creators can change categories or fully opt out whenever they want. Revocation takes effect going forward immediately.
Behind every likeness is a verified human
Generations are always tied to a real, identified creator who applied and was reviewed by a person. No scraped photos, no anonymous AI faces, no open sign-up-and-generate.

Regardless of opt-ins, cloneaible blocks categories like political content, alcohol, film & TV, and music videos unless explicitly and separately licensed. Sensitive and prohibited uses are never available by default.
Your data & likeness
- Source media is used only to build and operate your licensed likeness.

- You can request export or deletion in line with our Privacy Policy.

Consent-first
Every likeness is a real person who opted in and set their own terms — the exact uses they allow, and what's off-limits. Nothing is generated outside that.
Human acceptance gate
Every creator is vetted and accepted by a person before they can capture a likeness, and brands are vetted too. Captures are screened automatically and monitored, with anything unusual held for human review.
Per-use licensing
Creators earn each time their likeness is used — usage-based, not a one-time buyout. No perpetual rights; you're not signing your face away forever.
Revocable
Change your categories or opt out anytime. Revocation takes effect going forward, so the roster stays consented.
Likeness data, locked down
Your source photos and voice are encrypted at rest (AES-256), access-logged, and admin-only — never at a public link. Delete your captured data anytime; it also pulls you off the roster.
Sensitive uses blocked
Categories like political, alcohol, film & TV and music are blocked by default unless separately and explicitly licensed.
